Yoga for Hikers and Bikers Workshop at Rock Cycle

This class is specifically designed for those who love to hike and bike! Come learn a sequence specifically developed to open up the quadriceps, hamstrings, and pelvis to help you get the most out of your summer (and/or winter) activities!

Join Jake for an exploration of the foundational pieces of your body (legs and hips) and how they relate to any physical practice. More often than not we think about the strengthening and toning of our muscular systems but often jump past what it means to be fully engaged and how to find flexibility and stretching at the same time. If you experience any pain, stiffness, or discomfort – especially from working out – then this is the workshop for you! In this workshop we will look at postures that directly apply to the the legs, hips, and pelvis.

This class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes and there may or may not be an orange juice cocktail with your name on it after the class.

Auto-renewal (contract) members: $25 + GST
Non-members: $35 + GST
